Straight Flush: Bonus Poker

Natural straight flushes (those of the non-wild variety) seem to be few and far between. Here's one of a straight flush that came off an inside draw. Can't say how many times this draw would have resulted in:
1. A reappearance of the same (fifth card) number card that was thrown away but in a different suit.
2. A five in another suit to make it a straight (but not a straight flush).
or
3. Something totally weird and useless for this hand like a Jack of Hearts.
