The first picture has a pretty nice hand, three fours dealt in a fifty play machine. That translates into fifty chances to get a four of a kind or four of a kind with an Ace, Two or Three. Since the rate for this machine was a penny, every four fours translates into $4. Every four fours with either an Ace, Two, or Three, translates into $20. So the second picture (below) shows what happened after the draw. Basically two full houses, two four of a kinds, and one four of a kind with a Two. Not really all that great probably cause the four of a kind with an Ace, Two, or Three is worth 2,000 credits as opposed to the Double Double Bonus version worth 800 credits.
